Hi All,
To run a full scale CO2 sequestration problem in a legacy well, I am planning to use the Supercomputer facility. I am wondering is there any specific guideline or documentation to use OGS in the HPC?
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Mohammad

Hi Mohammad,
If you are still in need, I may able to give some help in setting up a simulation with OGS5 to be run in an HPC machine. I have some experience, as an user, with HM coupled simulation and PETSc (like the benchmark PETSc/hm1_1Dbeam). Feel free to post your questions here.

Dear Luca Urpi,
Thank you.
Recently, I got clearance to use Supercomputer. Now there are two parts:
I am working to install OGS5 under OpenSUSE 11.4.
After completion of the installation, I will set up problems to run in the Joule.
I will check your reference problem. Let me study little more and I will come back to you soon.
Regards,
Mohammad
