Dear ogs-Team,

we want to run a (restart) simulation using openmpi + petsc. The restart mesh contains integration points. We got the following warning:

“warning: Could not open file ‘Mesh\_physical\_group\_Boundary\_Front\_canister\_partitioned\_integration\_point\_properties\_cfg48.bin’.
You can ignore this warning if the mesh does not contain integration\_point-wise property data.”

Therefore the question is if we can run such a configuration? Thanks for the support.

Cheers,

Carlos

Hi Carlos,

usually integration point data is read from the bulk mesh only, and not necessary in boundary meshes. Since the warning mentions a boundary mesh everything should be OK.

Best regards,
Christoph
