Hi all,
if there are no objections I would like to upgrade the trunk to version
5.2.08 (I hope this is the correct version number) this week.
Changes are related to the OGS-GEMS coupling:
- new GEMS version
- (multi-) threaded calculation of the GEMS coupling loop with help of
the boost thread library for serial and MPI version. This allows a
flexible parallelization strategy which scales nicely for certain types
of problems (with complex chemistry).
