Boundary Condition

Hi all,
I am having difficulties while setting the boundary condition.

  1. I want to set boundary condition like following but I could not find an appropriate example for this kind of boundary condition in benchmark files. How to apply this kind of boundary condition.

  2. My model shows some anomalies in the outlet boundary. How to solve that? (In outlet Richards Flow water is not coming out from outlet boundary)
