OGS-PhreeqC Boundary Condition

Hi,

in a simulation coupled with PhreeqC, I’d like to set boundary conditions in a solution to an equilibrium value, i.e. I want to transfer this PhreeqC command to OGS:

SOLUTION 1

O (0) 1e-4 O2 (g) -0.68

This equilibrates the solute oxygen concentration with air. Can I set this to be a BC in OGS?

Best regards,

Daniel

Hoi,
the easiest way to do this is to calculate the oxygen concentration for
your desired boundary with PHREEQC and insert this value as
concentration boundary in the BC file.
It is probably necessary to set not only the oxygen concentration, but
your complete water composition.
I.e. you have to set concentrations for all elements or master species
you transport (whatever you transport with OGS-PhreeqC ...I am not
familiar with the exact coupling).
Greetings, Georg
