Recommandation for Linux-Distribution to run ogs6

Hi

I tried to run ogs6.3 on Debian 10 (buster), the most recent Debian distribution. However i found that most third party libraries are already to old. My question is, on which distribution and Version should the binary of the ogs6.3-release work out of the box?

We built OGS 6.3 on Ubuntu 19.10. I have no experience with Debian but according to this post Debian 10 can be upgraded to Ubuntu 19.10??

Nevertheless I can also recommend to download and run OGS as a Singularity container. See the docs for usage instructions:

Thanks for your answer. I will give Ubuntu a try.

In the meantime i found out, that building ogs6 from source code works perfeclty on Debian 10.
