The heat pipe problem

Hello,

I am part of a modeling group at the Geophysics Institute of the National University of Mexico, and we are starting to learn how to use OpenGeosys. We are trying to run some of the examples you have provided in your webpage. We found “the heat pipe problem” there (https://docs.opengeosys.org/docs/benchmarks/thermal-two-phase-flow/heat-pipe/) and we would like to try it, and learn from it, but we were not able to find an explanation on how to configure it in OpenGeosys (the pdf provided in the page does not explain how to configure the problem) or the files to run it. Is it possible to get the input files or an explanation to configure the problem?

Regards,

Dr. Graciela Herrera

Hi Graciela,

please check the following GitHub repository. There you can find all the input files for the heat pipe problem.

It seems the link ("Project file on GitHub") shown in the page is out of date.

Regards,
Nori
