Trunk unstable

Dear OGS-developers,

yesterday I wanted to check in some urgent CMake fixes (for correctly finding vtk and netcdf on Ubuntu) but I accidently uploaded some more stuff into the trunk. So there are now some more benchmarks failing.

So please don't update your local working copy or your branch to the trunk at the moment. I try to fix this as soon as possible but I may need some help from Tom...

Sorry for this,
Lars.

Dear OGS-developers,

it turned out that I uploaded all changes from our git branch to the subversion trunk. Because this is not reversible we decided to make a ‘quick’ version (5.3.02). See the release notes:

https://svn.ufz.de/ogs/wiki/ReleaseNotes

So there are not much changes in it. Unfortunately there are 3 new benchmarks failing since the previous version because Tom did some small modification regarding node search:

  • GAS_FLOW/gas_flow/h_gas_line

  • GAS_FLOW/nonisothermal_gas_flow/h_gas_line

  • C/diffusion/Diff_HTO_test

We will have a look at these benchmarks next week. We will also make Subversion tag when we fixed those benchmarks. Besides that consider the trunk as stable again.

One note regarding the benchmark runs on Jenkins:

The results on https://svn.ufz.de/hudson/job/Benchmarks_Linux/ are wrong for some time. I was not able not find the cause of this. When running the benchmarks on dev2 manually everything except the above mentioned benchmarks is fine.

Regards,

Lars
